"I guess we won't be making it to the restaurant tonight," Jolene laughed.
"Ah it's ok. Let's order in."
"Mmm sounds good to me."
"How about you order and then we shower really quick?"
"You got it." Kevin said winking at her.

After a short warm shower with each other, the couple headed out to the living room in their bathrobes. The food came and they had a nice quiet dinner alone. It was the best Valentine's Day Jolene ever had. She didn't think things could get any better but she was wrong.
"Oh wait honey, I have to give you your Valentine's Day present," Kevin said cheerfully.
Jolene gulped the last of their wine and nodded. "Yes I have to give you yours too!"
Jolene went to the kitchen where she'd put Kevin's watch. When she got back he was standing with his hands in his bathrobe pocket.
"Well here you go sweetheart," Jolene said sweetly handing him the silver wrapped box.
Kevin opened it up and his eyes lit up. "Jolene! This is awesome! Thank you so much!" He put his arms around her.
She looked at him and felt her heart racing.
"Ok now here is yours. But close your eyes. I don't want you to open them until I open the box."
Jolene giggled. She loved surprises and Kevin knew that. She closed her eyes holding out her hand. She felt him put a box in her hand.
He sighed. "Ok open your eyes."
Jolene smiled and her eyes widened as she saw a gorgeous diamond ring in the box.
"W-what….W-why….Kevin….I-I uh," She couldn't even speak!
Kevin looked deep into her eyes taking the ring out of the box and got on his knees. "I have never met anyone as wonderful or beautiful as you. You don't know how much you mean to me. I can't picture myself with anyone but you. Jolene will you marry me?"
Jolene couldn't help but smile. She felt tears roll down her face. "Y-yes!" She stammered.
Kevin slipped the ring on her finger and stood up to hold her. She was going to be his partner for life. She was the only one he'd ever want. He loved her so much.
Jolene cried more as she held him. He was going to make her the happiest woman alive. She would be a good wife to him and they would live happily ever after.
The couple kissed and held each other for a long time. Then later on that night they made love once again with no inhibitions whatsoever.
